FAQs
Only specific groundfloor areas are open to the public. These are the entrance area and Courtyard, the retail units and some meeting rooms. All other areas are securely residential only.
A Co-Living model creates functional communal living space beyond the individual apartments. Co-Living units are enhanced with communal amenity spaces and opportunity for informal meeting. The ground floor will actively anchor the co-living development and its community with the wider neighbourhood. Small retail units and workshop spaces connect through to a central courtyard for the wider community to share.

Choose from co-living apartments – either one-bed or two-bed spaces. Or if you’d like something larger, our duplex apartments are on the top floor.
The Hive offers rented space only.
Hive is a lean-clean-green organisation and we take environmental issues, and your health and wellbeing, very seriously. So rather than car parking, we provide secure bike storage instead. Hive is well located for public transport too.
Renting at Hive offers residents a better deal, and not just in value-for-money terms. Contracts are also shorter, if needed, to offer more flexibility without locking people in.
Hive has been flexibly designed so that a pandemic can be effectively managed and contained. The workspaces, and our supporting tech, make ‘working from home’ an easy option, and an ideal place for hybrid working, i.e. split between home and office.
